Acupuncture & pain care

Pain care in central Seoul, starting with your symptoms, movement and daily routine.

Symptoms & concerns

Neck & shoulder pain

Stiffness after desk work, pain when turning your head, or difficulty moving your shoulder.

We assess posture, range of motion and tenderness. Possible causes include muscle strain, rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder or shoulder impingement. Ultrasound may be used when appropriate.

Lower back & pelvic pain

Pain after sitting, discomfort when standing up, or symptoms extending into a leg.

We review sitting habits and examine movement and neurological signs. Further assessment may be needed for disc-related symptoms.

Elbow & wrist pain

Discomfort with repetitive work, wrist stiffness or tingling in the hand.

We examine the painful area, repetitive loading and possible tendon or nerve involvement.

Knee & ankle pain

Pain on stairs, discomfort while walking, or symptoms after a sprain.

We assess movement and loading, then discuss activity adjustments and a gradual return to exercise.

Assessment

A medical and lifestyle history, physical examination and, when indicated, musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Daily habits & movement

Advice on desk setup, rest breaks, posture and exercises suited to your symptoms.
